At Action Figures & Playsets Collection, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items do not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the return is accepted by our quality control team.

  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
